Obtained from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes are grown in the Valpolicella Classico area using the traditional method of drying in large fruttaio, or drying rooms. The color is a dense and compact garnet red together with great intensity/persistence, with ethereal aromas. Fruity notes of cherries in spirits and dried plums, floral notes of dried flowers, and an entire olfactory range of sweet spices. And the taste consists of a firm softness, with a counterpoint of velvety tannins.
VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO, DOCG “CLASSICO SUPERIORE”
This Valpolicella Ripasso is made with grapes grown in the Valpolicella Classico area. Its style highlights the most typical and traditional profile of Valpolicella: its well-distributed structure and the harmony between the aromatic, olfactory, and gustatory sensations create an unmistakable style of sobriety and elegance. Harmonious taste, full and persistent with soft tannins.

“Appassimento” is made from indigenous red grape varieties. Following a thorough and rigorous blending process, both the appassimento and traditional methods are fused together in the production of this fine red wine. With a ruby red finish with garnet hints. Spiced with notes of vanilla and cherry aroma. With a full-bodied and round with soft tannins and a long finish with spiced notes.

CORVINA VERONA, IGT
Corvina is the queen of Veronese red grapes, typical of Valpolicella. Mixed to have a ruby red with garnet reflections. Containing a spicy aroma with notes of vanilla and hints of cherry and black cherry. Tastes soft and round with sweet tannins that blend well with the wine’s texture then ends with long spicy tones.

The hilly part of Negrar Valley, which starts at a height of about 90 meters above sea level, is characterized by clayey-loamy soil and delimits the valley with two ridges, one to the east and one to the west. The vineyards and grapes of Amarone Villa grow on this rich and strong soil. Amarone Villa has a dense, compact red color and a strong aroma with a tantalizing note of cherries preserved in alcohol and black pepper. Its fresh and lively flavor makes it excellent for contemplation and to enjoy with guests at the end of a meal.

The lower part of the Marano Valley includes the hamlet of Valgatara which is one of the most developed wine-growing areas. The hilly area has volcanic basaltic soil known as toar. All this is the lifeblood of the vineyards giving rise to Amarone San Rocco, which is a great red wine to pair with red meats and strong cheeses. It is an intense red, with an aroma accentuated by delicate notes of cloves.

The area cultivated with vines in Monte is widespread in both the plains (40%) and in the foothills (60%); the average altitude of the vineyards is about 180 meters above sea level and varies from 120 meters to 450 meters in the hamlet of Monte. The limestone soils are of sedimentary origin. Amarone Monte is dense and compact garnet-red, with a full and intense bouquet with hints of very, very sweet red jam. It has a soft taste, a velvety tannic.
